Terms, Conditions and Policies continued:

CANCELLATIONS & RESTOCKING CHARGES-
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Management reserves the right to refuse refunds on plants that are returned in poor condition. If you intend to return all or part of an order, you must notify our staff in writing within 48 hours of receiving it. Any plants that are dug and/or pulled and subsequently cancelled will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. It is our general policy to require pre-payment on custom-dug orders.

DELIVERY & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS/POLICIES-
There is a $500 minimum for delivery for wholesale customers. The receiving company is responsible for providing labor and equipment for unloading. If equipment or labor is not available, please call for an estimate. We do not guarantee that we can provide these services on demand. If orders cannot be unloaded immediately a wait charge of $50/hour will be assessed. Additional fuel surcharges may also apply.
